Sahiwal and desi cattle, sourced directly from specialised feedlots and raised on natural feed and fodder.

  2. Beef forequarters on the rail being washed

Stage 2: Halal slaughter and chilling

Animals are handled with care and slaughtered strictly in accordance with Islamic Shariah guidelines, then rapidly chilled or frozen to protect quality and shelf life.

  3. Worker in burgundy sleeves and blue gloves splitting a beef carcass with a carcass saw

    Stage 3: Cutting to specification

Carcasses, quarters and cuts are prepared to each buyer’s agreed specification.

  4. Worker in uniform, mask and gloves loading crates into a refrigerated van

    Stage 4: Packing and dispatch

Product is vacuum-packed in food-grade film, packed in labelled corrugated master cartons and palletised, then shipped by sea direct from Karachi Port or by air.
